Called them and respond so quickly. Install a new garage door opener the same day. Pretty reasonable price with their items. Jason is nice and very sociable, detailed oriented,Easy to talk to and explain everything, helps me connect the garage door to my car also. . I am very happy with the service that he did for us. I had a spring on my door snap. I called them, and they came out the same day. The technician(Jason) did a total check of the door, springs, rollers, cables, and recommended to me what I needed. he had all the product on his truck and had the job completed in an hour or so. As most people probably do, we called due to an urgent need-- our cars were trapped behind a busted door! Yours was the only company to respond to our plea for help. My courteous and professional technician was Tim Paquin. He was on time and clearly provided options regarding repair or replacement of the garage door opener. I appreciated mostly that he did not pressure me to choose the highest price option. Tim was very proficient in the replacement of the broken sprocket and gear assembly. He had all the parts necessary for the replacement. I observed the repair as it progressed and completely answered any questions I had during the process. Another highlight was when the repair was completed he demonstrated how to maintain the garage door opening system with proper periodic lubrication to keep it operating in peak operating condition. He adjusted the spring on the garage door for the proper tension and explained what the proper tension should be. He made sure I was satisfied with his repair and asked if I had any other questions. He even grabbed a broom and swept the repair area to make sure there was no debris that might be detrimental to bringing my car into the garage. Tim made a final test of the system to make sure everything worked well.

We saw the Precision van at a neighbors house, so my mom sent me over to see if they could look at her garage door. He was very nice but scheduled out, so he gave me a business card and we called and set up an appointment. Jason Davenport was our service tech and the same person I had talked to earlier. He called so we knew exactly when to expect him. He inspected our unit and it was too old (1990) to fix. He gave us several options and even found a rebate and gave Mom a senior discount ( she's 90). He installed the new unit in sweltering heat and never lost his kindness and sense of humor! He demonstrated the new unit, accepted our payment and was on his way home. It was a very pleasant experience.
