I called precision overhead door today around noon. The technician Alex Goldman text me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived about 45 minutes later. He was polite and professional. In every manner he explained everything that what was needed to fix my broken spring on my garage door. He was very professional and did everything exactly the way it should’ve been. I would hire this company again in the future.

Jacob and Alex were very courteous and professional. I had new garage door bottom seals installed and a basic service (doors lubed and adjusted, springs lubed). I do feel that the price was somewhat high for the services that were done.

Wonderful experience! Customer service was very friendly, and scheduling was easy, and she worked around my schedule. Jason, the technician, was punctual and very friendly. My garage door needed a new opener. He explained my options in a clear and concise manner. I had questions regarding the overall condition of the door, as is 30 years old. After he showed me the parts that were wearing out, he educated me on parts that could be upgraded. He answered all my questions with such patience and was not pushy on the options he gave me and clearly explained each.
