We had a belt drive garage opener installed along with two wall mounted keypads. One interior and one exterior. Jacob did a great job on the install and also took the time to demonstrate the keypad features. Jacob also went the extra mile and programmed my wife’s car to enable her to use an existing button to operate the garage door. I mentioned to Jacob that the service we received matched the Precision Companies advertisements as seen on TV. We have nothing but praise for Jacob and Precision Garage Door.

Just had a check up on our Beautiful Garage Door that Precision Installed. Jacob, showed up on time, and was very Professional, Polite, Courteous & Knowledgeable! Garage door was basically operating just fine in my opinion, but it was a bit nosier than when originally installed. Jacob, made a few adjustments & Lubricated with Expertise & Experience. Discovered broken garage door spring at 11am Sat Memorial Day Weekend. My truck was stuck inside, I thought I was out of luck until Tuesday. Thanks to PDS, door was repaired and working again perfectly by 530pm same day. It was easy to make appt on website. I knew who to expect with emailed message and attached video link. Tech (Jason D) called first, arrived soon after. Definitely knows his garage springs; I learned some things. He suggested a couple of repair options. Didn't take long. The bill was fair (this is 2024). Will use PDS again, recommend.

We are very happy with the service we received from Precision Garage Doors the other day. They actually came out the same day we called in for a tune up. We have recently moved to Keizer OR, yet we have used Precision Services in the past at our old resident up in Portland, OR. Also, it was nice to get a photo of the Technician, in the email, ahead of the Service Appointment. The Technician... Jacob J. was absolutely great here in Keizer. He came on time, explained any issues he found and then brought (with our agreement) our older garage door back to updated working condition. He also installed a new keypad for us. Wonderful experience! Customer service was very friendly, and scheduling was easy, and she worked around my schedule. Jason, the technician, was punctual and very friendly. My garage door needed a new opener. He explained my options in a clear and concise manner. I had questions regarding the overall condition of the door, as is 30 years old. After he showed me the parts that were wearing out, he educated me on parts that could be upgraded. He answered all my questions with such patience and was not pushy on the options he gave me and clearly explained each.
