Growing up in the Portland Metro area with a brother and sister at home, CJ is now raising his son in the same area with his wife and enjoys spending time with them and his extended family. He also likes playing disc golf and enjoying the outdoors. Since 2012, CJ has been working on garage doors. He is always up for a challenge and enjoys helping people out. Review:
Called Sat evening. Door wouldnt close at all. Couldn't get out til Monday. I advised operator that my door would be open for two nights and uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back, could come out next day (Sunday). Business operator called back Sunday, employee ill, couldn't make it. Would come Monday. Called back 10 mins later, changed appt back to Sunday again betwn 12pm-2pm and waived service call of $95 for my inconvenience! Tech called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Spent an hr repairing for a temp fix. Needed new door. Quoted price. Explained the problem. Door is now operable. Set appt for new door. Showed me how to lubricate the door. Great customer service from beginning to end. Repair/time/materials $225. I took some busn cards. Will be recommending this company to everyone! It's nice to know that exceptional customer service still exists! Awesome!!!
