Tim was professional, efficient and very thorough in replacing a panel on my garage door. He kept his eyes open on both doors that we installed and found items that presented a safety issue. He corrected and tested both doors and they worked perfectly. I feel he is a A+ level technician and a high value to his customers and an excellent representative for Precision!

Thanks to Tim p for a job well done. He did a thorough inspection of the door, cables, rollers, etc etc. and found a couple other issues besides the main spring breakage. We discussed the options, including prices, and agreed on what work would be done. He said the work would be done within an hour and he was spot on! Service was able to be scheduled within 48 hours. Technician named Tim was on time, friendly, and personable. He got our garage door going again and advised us of a few issues with our 20 year old opener. Gave us estimates for updating our system, but no pressure at all to do it that day. I had been pleased with their service a couple of years before. They are my go-to company for repairs and service. Will get a new opener from them in near future.

Called Sat evening. Door wouldnt close at all. Couldn't get out til Monday. I advised operator that my door would be open for two nights and uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back, could come out next day (Sunday). Business operator called back Sunday, employee ill, couldn't make it. Would come Monday. Called back 10 mins later, changed appt back to Sunday again betwn 12pm-2pm and waived service call of $95 for my inconvenience! Tech called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Spent an hr repairing for a temp fix. Needed new door. Quoted price. Explained the problem. Door is now operable. Set appt for new door. Showed me how to lubricate the door. Great customer service from beginning to end. Repair/time/materials $225. I took some busn cards. Will be recommending this company to everyone! It's nice to know that exceptional customer service still exists! Awesome!!!
