I’ve never had to deal with garage door repairs before and when I saw I had a broken garage door spring I knew I needed to call someone. Thankfully my friend knew a guy (Jackson) who did garage door stuff and he was able to make it out to my house by the afternoon. Turns out he works for Precision Garage Door. He looked at everything and did a full tuneup on the not so old garage door. My bearings were worn and the springs were undersized for the door. Now the price wasn’t cheap, but I feel like the value was there. I even have a five year warranty. He was also very fast. I think it took an hour and I was distracting him with my questions. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing garage door services.

Been working with Precision since 2015 when installing a much needed new garage door. They’ve helped with advice and when needed the service needed periodically. Recently had to replace springs and other supports and learned a bit more about taking care of the mechanisms myself. All good and she opens and closes more quietly and as needed.

Never had an issue with my garage door in 12 years and the spring finally snapped. In terms of service, they are excellent and very professional and replaced the spring and bearing in 1 hr. The broken spring is from Precision too and it lasted almost 15 years. The cost is very high in my opinion. A single spring is $400. Cheaper ones are available in internet with the same wire gauge, length and diameter. Are cheaper spring as good as theirs? You will never know. I would have tried to install it myself to save the cost if I had the time. If you don't have time to fix it yourself, you will have to pay $1800. Otherwise, a lot of how-to videos are in youtube and you can save$$$. I just hope the new one last as long as the old ones.

Sam did a full inspection of our door and opener. He replaced the wheels on our garage door and did a tune-up. He also noted that the garage door opener was wasn't sitting level and corrected this. he also recommended some future items that may be done in the future for our next visit. There was a good deal on the tune-up for $49., which was used for the total cost.

I have used Precision Garage Door multiple times. They always give great service. I needed the seal on the bottom of my door replaced. Went online and made a same-day appointment. A couple of hours later, Sam was here, and 30 minutes after that, he was done. This is the second time Sam has worked on my door. He does quick, quality work.
