I had Precision Garage Door come out too look at my noisy garaged door for their advertised "$49.95 garage door tune up." The serviceman was friendly and courteous. He replaced 10 worn metal rollers with six 4 inch sealed nylon rollers and replaced four 7 inch sealed nylon rollers. Additionally he made some minor adjustments. All of this took him no more than 1 hour to complete. The bill came to $580.90! I later googled "high quality 4 inch sealed nylon garage door rollers" and found the most expensive ones available were $75.99 for a 10 pack. I googled "high quality 7 inch sealed nylon garage door rollers" and found the most expensive ones available were $92.09 for a 10 pack. There were many options that were much cheaper for both 4 inch and 7 inch stems. I feel they are way overpriced and will not have them back!

We had them come out on a Thursday and they gave us a estement. We decided to go forward wirh them . We put a down payment down the guy said they would be out Monday. Sunday we called because we hadn't been giving a time of when they would arrive. They said we weren't in the system when we absolutely were we paid 1,500 down . They said to call back Monday morning. We kept getting the run around and no one would return phone calls when they said they would call back. My daughter called and told them if they didn't come like they said that she would blast them on social media for not being professional and holding up to their end. That is unfortunately what worked and they told her they would be out Monday within a few hrs of her calling . The man who installed the garage door was absolutely wonderful and did a great job. The workers are wonderful . But the company and scheduling department definitely needs to do better.

Here’s a message I wrote the owner “Brad - I was actually going to reach out because although I was aware of the cost of the strips we had fitted today, they seem very expensive for what they are. In comparison I fitted my own last year (they got ripped off when the door was misaligned) and they were only $120.... a 300% + markup seems high”

Since they proved themselves with our rentals, I decided to have them do a job at my own house. Chuck came out and was very professional, kind and personable. He is obviously an excellent problem solver and knows how to get the job done. It was a pleasure having him work on our garage door.
