Sam did a full inspection of our door and opener. He replaced the wheels on our garage door and did a tune-up. He also noted that the garage door opener was wasn't sitting level and corrected this. he also recommended some future items that may be done in the future for our next visit. There was a good deal on the tune-up for $49., which was used for the total cost.

Great tune up and great price! $49.95 We had Nicholas Alby as our tech today, and as usual with Precision, he did a great job, and answered all our questions. We love Precision door as they really back up their work, and come back with a smile if anything needed an adjustment or whatever. Just an awesome company!

I have used Precision Garage Door multiple times. They always give great service. I needed the seal on the bottom of my door replaced. Went online and made a same-day appointment. A couple of hours later, Sam was here, and 30 minutes after that, he was done. This is the second time Sam has worked on my door. He does quick, quality work.

It was very easy to make an appointment and they were timely. Tech showed up within time window, completely explained the service before & after plus I was offered additional services if I felt they were needed. No pressure just informed of options. The tech that came to my house Saturday afternoon was prompt, courteous, and professional. He replaced the springs and some other hardware on my large garage door. Gave me options. I chose the ones that worked for me. Precision Garage door service is an outstanding company. Seven days a week. Reasonable fees. They have most of the parts in their van that would help them fix. Called Precision to schedule a general inspection and maintenance of our garage door. Very easy to schedule and the technician even showed up early but as noted by the company did alert me by phone and text that he was arriving early. Serviced our door and removed all the squeaks so all in all a 5/5 service. Would recommend with no reservations.,
