I had called Precision a few years ago when our garage door springs broke, and I was impressed with their service back then. Just recently I called Precision again when my garage door opener completely broke and they got me scheduled right away. After choosing a date that worked with my schedule, they gave me a 2 hour window and Scott called me 15 minutes before the window started to say he was on his way and he was right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through different scenarios, prices, etc. and together this made the decision making process very easy. Scott got the new garage door opener installed in less than an hour and then showed me all of the new features of the new model (our old one was nearly 20 years old). This is a great company that provides great repair and replacement services and I highly recommend them.

I have had Precision Garage Door Service do work for me two times. The first time they installed new parts so the garage door would function. Today, June 11, 2026, Alex Golsan installed a new garage door controller. Both times I considered the service outstanding. The men were very courteous and had an excellent knowledge of garage doors.

Great folks over here, helped with my garage opener/spring and took care of everything really fast. I can’t say how much I appreciated being connected to a real person on the ground here in Oregon quickly without all the extra sales marketing and AI scheduling companies have been moving towards. Scheduling was simple on the website and the appt booked straight to a tech (in this case Chuck who was awesome!).

Brian did an outstanding job of assessing the problems and presenting me with a range of solutions to resolve them, from 'good' to 'better' to 'the best', with (of course) escalating prices. He explained the options and details, then I selected and he fixed the door, rollers, strut and all the other stuff that had accumulated after 17 years of almost no use of the door. Worked out to about $50 a year, but worth having it done by such a talented and charming guy. :)

Andrew was here right at 8 when he had an 8-10am windows. He was friendly, thorough, and although I wasn't quite prepared for the cost of the repairs needed, he explained and showed each item needed and why making me better understand. We are pleased with our garage door functioning properly now and a new motor to help pull it up and down. Thank you Andrew for your help and making us feel safe again!

I called precision overhead door today around noon. The technician Alex Goldman text me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived about 45 minutes later. He was polite and professional. In every manner he explained everything that what was needed to fix my broken spring on my garage door. He was very professional and did everything exactly the way it should’ve been. I would hire this company again in the future.

Brian was incredible. He installed a double springs, bearing plates and rollers, heavy duty cables and drums... he did this on a Sunday too. I'm very impressed with his work and expertise. I highly recommend calling Precision Garage Door service if you have any issues that need to be addressed.
