Chuck was great. He came out and thoroughly looked at all the issues our garage door was having. He fixed it up and went above and beyond to restart our automatic garage door opener which is close to kicking the bucket but due to a tight budget we can’t get a new one yet. When we do we’ll request Chuck for sure. It’s nice to see people take their time and are personable.

Having a motto of "same day service" is very true with Precision Garage Door Service. When I realized that my electric garage door was broken, I decided to call Precision. A technician arrived at my home a couple of hours later and within a very short time my door was functioning as if it was new. I would say that the repair fee was comparable to other companies but what was most important to me was that I was back on the road the same day. I definitely recommend this company.

I could not wait another month to receive warranty services from a competitor (hint “Big Blue”) because I have new tenants in a week. Sunday at 10PM I went online with Precisions online reservation scheduler and made a next day appointment at noon. I was very skeptical with these quick turns. My own installers with my company are scheduled 2 weeks out. I have worked in general contracting and subcontracting for 30 years. 8AM Monday I called Precision to verify that Yes they can be there at noon….to my amazement. The admin also verified that installers are equipped with multiple openers and price ranges. Once I discussed the price options with the installer I realized the admins prices were slightly off, but admins with my company are not fully trained in sales nor are they held accountable to pricing. The most important thing is the admin assured me that yes they can be there quickly and they have multiple opener options equipped in the installers van. Full disclosure this is my first belt opener…I tend to be chain operator biased. The installer did share chains are a special order and will take more time. I chose to have the MARANTEC PDS270B SMART OPENER PACKAGE installed. The installer Chuck showed me how the belt is protected by one steel rail piece. The one taken down had 5-6 rail pieces. My 9 year old shared, “Wow it’s quieter than the Craftsman & the keypad is much cooler.” The price was more than I hoped, but I know if I have any issues I will not be waiting a month like I would with “Big Blue”. Thanks for the quick service Precision. My tenants and myself appreciate it.

Amazing responsiveness! Garage door spring broke and after verifying our car wasn’t stuck in the garage, the Precision person was here the next day and repaired everything. Excellent work, Brian was great to work with and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Really great company!!!

Joe Igla was here and what a nice person. He was genuinely excited that he could make the nose go away lol. Made quick work of replacing the rollers. No more noise and recommended the price that would take care of us for a long time. Also suggested the lubricant that he made me promise to spray on once a year to keep the door in good condition. I would highly recommend Precision Door. To replace all the rollers about $548.

We had a power outage and were unable to unlock the exterior emergency garage door opener release on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision Garage Door at 2:30 and they had their technician Brian at our home by 3:30. Brian had to drill out the emergency release cable cylinder only to find that it was no longer attached to the opener. Brian fished a coat hook through the cylinder hole and snagged the garage door opener release; amazing! He did a great job repairing the emergency release cable and left the job looking pristine. I was very impressed by Brian and the service from Precision Garage Door and highly recommend both.
