Jacob, the technician, showed up at the time agreed upon. He showed me the chips of the old roller system. He also explained how the newer rollers are enclosed and will not have my current problem. Nicholas was awesome, great work! Replaced our 25 year old chain drive with new belt drive. Very quiet. All new components, cables, rollers, bearings, etc. Price seemed high but probably competitive for the work that was done, plus lifetime warranty.
