Nicholas was awesome, great work! Replaced our 25 year old chain drive with new belt drive. Very quiet. All new components, cables, rollers, bearings, etc. Price seemed high but probably competitive for the work that was done, plus lifetime warranty.

I can't say enough about their technician that came - he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly with our family (and dog), provided us options, and really took care of us. Super fast and excellent service. Our garage door was somehow opening itself up in the middle of the night causing safety concerns for my family and I. I went on Precision Garage Door Service's website and found an appointment for the same day and a tech named Trey came out an hour after booking. He was knowledgable and helpful. He was able to diagnose and solve the issue we were facing in less than 45 minutes with a reasonable billed amount for the service. I will be using these guys again for any garage door upgrades i need in the future.

Great service, even though we had to wait for the door to be constructed it was worth it. The technician notified us that he was on his way early in the service time window. The new door was installed quickly and it looks great.

Garage door technician Alex showed up on time and did a fine job; above and beyond, in that he found something that could have become a problem and "nipped it in the bud" with a simple fix. I'd called on the company because of an "ad special" it was running for a Tune Up service. I'm very glad I called, and will likely remain a customer going forward.

They were not only very professional but very reliable. Jacob was the technician they sent out and he diagnosed, priced, and did the work in less then a hour. He was very friendly, very proficient, and very helpful. The price was also very reasonable, the spring for my door snapped and for replacing both of them was $800 (I was expecting about 3k). Over all very satisfied and will be calling again when I have future issues.

Damaged our garage door with the car. Called Precision and immediately got an appointment for the next day. Our technician Robert, kept us informed of when he would arrive. He did a detailed inspection and offered three levels of repair/service. He had all the parts and tools. Completed the work and clean up in a timely manor. And, did not nup sell us a new opener.

I was very pleased with the garage door tune up that I received from Precision Garage Door. The service technician (Alex Golsan) arrived just when he said he would, did a very thorough tune up, explained several things to me, and was fast and efficient! What really impressed me was that Alex fixed a couple of extra items with my door that had never been properly done from the original door installation. I had a 16 foot sagging metal garage door that is almost 40 years old. The top panel was bowing and the roller brackets attached to it were curling the edges of the panel. Chuck Hunt came from Precision and installed a 2.25" strut that ran the entire width! This took care of the bending in the middle, and significantly improved the curling of the edges of the top panel. I needed an affordable and strong repair, and this was it!

We needed to replace our garage door installed over 20 years ago . The technician that came to our home and advised we would have to replace the door was very professional and very helpful in choosing a replacement. He was meticulous in identifying all reusable parts to help save some money. The delivery was earlier than expected and the installation went off without a hitch. The installer was also very professional in his approach, showed up on time and left no mess. The door works perfectly. We are very pleased customers, I'd would not hesitate in recommending Precision Garage Door.
