Our technician, Tim, was very helpful and very clearly explained the work that needed to be done and our options for repairing our garage door. when we picked the option we wanted he got right to work on it. When he was done, he showed us what he had done and had us check that it was working. We were very satisfied and would recommend them.

We chose Precision Garage Doors after seeing them advertised in “The Home Mag”. Had some noises coming garage doors, so we decided to get them tuned up. The technician who serviced our doors “Shane” was awesome! He was very helpful, super polite, and even showed some simple tricks on maintaining garage doors. Most techs do not appreciate owner or anyone hanging around. Shane on the other hand was very receptive to my willingness to watch and learn! Thanks Shane you rock!!

My 20+ garage door opener gave up the ghost. The repairman explained my options and offer I’d chosen what I wanted he had it installed in 11/2 hours . He was pleasant and professional. I didn’t feel pressured.

Called Sat evening. Door wouldnt close at all. Couldn't get out til Monday. I advised operator that my door would be open for two nights and uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back, could come out next day (Sunday). Business operator called back Sunday, employee ill, couldn't make it. Would come Monday. Called back 10 mins later, changed appt back to Sunday again betwn 12pm-2pm and waived service call of $95 for my inconvenience! Tech called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Spent an hr repairing for a temp fix. Needed new door. Quoted price. Explained the problem. Door is now operable. Set appt for new door. Showed me how to lubricate the door. Great customer service from beginning to end. Repair/time/materials $225. I took some busn cards. Will be recommending this company to everyone! It's nice to know that exceptional customer service still exists! Awesome!!!
