Very professional tech knew what he is doing. Went through a 25 point exam (might be wrong wording)and tested everything. He did recommend a new battery since it was close to expo date. Rather be safe than sorry. Would definitely recommend and use again

We saw the Precision van at a neighbors house, so my mom sent me over to see if they could look at her garage door. He was very nice but scheduled out, so he gave me a business card and we called and set up an appointment. Jason Davenport was our service tech and the same person I had talked to earlier. He called so we knew exactly when to expect him. He inspected our unit and it was too old (1990) to fix. He gave us several options and even found a rebate and gave Mom a senior discount ( she's 90). He installed the new unit in sweltering heat and never lost his kindness and sense of humor! He demonstrated the new unit, accepted our payment and was on his way home. It was a very pleasant experience.

Tim was professional, efficient and very thorough in replacing a panel on my garage door. He kept his eyes open on both doors that we installed and found items that presented a safety issue. Excellent same-day service, multiple options presented and thoroughly explained. No up-selling. Stayed late to finish the job, set up phone app, home-link controls in cars, keypad, etc. Can’t recommend Tim and Precision more. Woke up thinking I ought to get my failing garage door opener fixed and made a call. By evening had a modern opener installed and damaged cables/springs replaced.

Service was able to be scheduled within 48 hours. Technician named Tim was on time, friendly, and personable. He got our garage door going again and advised us of a few issues with our 20 year old opener. Gave us estimates for updating our system, but no pressure at all to do it that day. I had been pleased with their service a couple of years before. They are my go-to company for repairs and service. Will get a new opener from them in near future.
