Jackson and Oscar were the technicians today. I called the Company because my garage opener remote and keypad were not working. Jackson called about 7 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. Both young men were very personable and immediately introduced themselves. Within a few minutes, Jackson was able to diagnose and solve the problems. He also took time to provide tips so in the future I can do a little troubleshooting myself. 1. Check batteries in keypad. 2. Check garage door safety sensors to confirm that sensors are aligned correctly & assure that nothing (spider webs) is blocking the sensors. Definitely appreciate these young men.

I had a great experience with Precision. My garage door spring broke, so I called them and was able to get an appointment the same day. Nicolas showed up within an hour. He looked everything over and made some suggestions. Then he gave me a few quotes as everything on the door was 25 years old. I told him what I wanted and he had everything replaced and tested within an hour. I couldn't ask for anything better.

I had Nick Moreno install my garage door. My schedule time was 8-10am. He was here at 8am. He was very professional and extremely polite. He made sure my door was installed correctly and running perfectly before he took off. And best of all he cleaned up when he was done. I give this company 5 stars.

Boom! The coil spring broke trapping our cars at 8 pm in the garage. With a very busy day starting the following morning, Precision was the first to call me back, promptly. They promised an 8 AM arrival and I was not disappointed. Foreman Brian was an expert and his apprentice Oscar was his excellent right hand. Within the hour, we were able to meet our scheduled commitments. We opted to have a few other parts replaced to ensure that we wouldn’t experience a similar fate soon. The workers were skilled, friendly, and timely. I will go with Precision—always.

When my garage door spring broke on Saturday morning, I called 2 companies that I had used previously and the soonest they could come out to fix it was Monday. I called Precision and they said they could have a technician out between 1-5. Ben called me at 12:30 to say he was about 30-45 minutes away and arrived within that time. He was both very personable and knowledgeable, inspected both doors, gave me several options, didn’t try to upsell me as others have done and got my door fixed and operational again. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for future needs.

The technician that came out was friendly and the work was done quickly and without any issues. But I think the price charged was fairly high, I paid $1600 to change the spring of my garage door but online suggested for the price range for this replacement seems a lot lower. Well, maybe I got price-gouged, but at least I got my garage door working.
