We called two local companies and no one answered. We left messages and neither one returned our calls within two days. So I went to the internet and saw your ad. I started texting and within minutes we had an appointment for the following morning. The technician arrived and fixed our garage door within an hour. We were thrilled with the great customer service.

We were able.to schedule service Thanksgiving night for the next day. Tim offered a few options based on immediate need along with some additional if we wanted to consider it. Tim was friendly and got the work done smoothly. Thanks for being available quickly because our garage door is our daily in and out, more like our front door.

We chose Precision Garage Doors after seeing them advertised in “The Home Mag”. Had some noises coming garage doors, so we decided to get them tuned up. The technician who serviced our doors “Shane” was awesome! He was very helpful, super polite, and even showed some simple tricks on maintaining garage doors. Most techs do not appreciate owner or anyone hanging around. Shane on the other hand was very receptive to my willingness to watch and learn! Thanks Shane you rock!!
