Having found myself in a garage door predicament on a Sunday morning, I scoured the internet in search of a company who may be able to help me on a weekend. Not only did they answer the phone and I got to speak with a real, live person, but they were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment. Shortly after, I received a personal phone call from my technician, Vance - introducing himself and letting me know his estimated arrival time as he confirmed our appointment. I also received a text from the company, letting me know Vance would be arriving…the text included his photo, so I knew who to expect at my door. Vance was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to address and remedy my issues quickly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Stellar customer service, great response time, professional vehicles. Garage Door Service! My garage door spring broke at 10:00 Saturday morning. I went online, scheduled an appointment, and was amazed to have a technician at my house by 2:00. Our Garage Door Spring failed after 22 years last night at 8 PM so I called and got connected with someone right away and the service team arrived at 10 AM the next morning. VERY PLEASED! Our lead service tech Brian was awesome! He explained everything clearly and he pointed out a couple wear points and I agreed they were indeed needing replacement. Excellent support and repair! Joe was able to replace my double garage door opener (broken spring, cracked hinges on door, etc.) with new, stronger, battery system--the same day I called. Some items were under lifetime warranty (last repair 15 years ago!) so no charge on those. He added an outside opener & replaced the inside & car openers. Spent 3 1/2 hours, explained & cleaned up everything. Excellent service!

Jackson and Oscar were the technicians today. I called the Company because my garage opener remote and keypad were not working. Jackson called about 7 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. Both young men were very personable and immediately introduced themselves. Within a few minutes, Jackson was able to diagnose and solve the problems. He also took time to provide tips so in the future I can do a little troubleshooting myself. 1. Check batteries in keypad. 2. Check garage door safety sensors to confirm that sensors are aligned correctly & assure that nothing (spider webs) is blocking the sensors. Definitely appreciate these young men.
