Experienced & friendly Chuck came to the rescue Sat late PM. My van stuck inside garage will not open spring went BOOM! since Friday PM. I lost hope in Precision messing up my appointment but rectified timely. Thanks!

The technician that came out was friendly and the work was done quickly and without any issues. But I think the price charged was fairly high, I paid $1600 to change the spring of my garage door but online suggested for the price range for this replacement seems a lot lower. Well, maybe I got price-gouged, but at least I got my garage door working.

Our garage doors began to make noise and periodically stall out when coming down. Jason did a great job of replacing the cables and adjusting the doors back to the original positions. I’m very happy with the work done. I felt it was a little expensive however and that is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
