Been working with Precision since 2015 when installing a much needed new garage door. They’ve helped with advice and when needed the service needed periodically. Recently had to replace springs and other supports and learned a bit more about taking care of the mechanisms myself. All good and she opens and closes more quietly and as needed.

Very happy with Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door either wasn't closing at all when I pushed the button on the remote in my car or when I pushed the button on the wall, or would start to close and then stop and go back up. The technician that came out was friendly and the work was done quickly and without any issues. But I think the price charged was fairly high, I paid $1600 to change the spring of my garage door but online suggested for the price range for this replacement seems a lot lower. Well, maybe I got price-gouged, but at least I got my garage door working.

Our garage doors began to make noise and periodically stall out when coming down. Jason did a great job of replacing the cables and adjusting the doors back to the original positions. I’m very happy with the work done. I felt it was a little expensive however and that is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
