The person who came to look at the door had already been to Inspiration Garden and done an excellent job replacing the outdoor pad to open the garage door some months ago. Jacob came to the Garden shortly after a call for help. He diagnosed the problem quickly, showing us the issue with the motor that controls the door. He then replaced the mechanism and was done before noon. The door is working again!

Jacob and Alex were very courteous and professional. I had new garage door bottom seals installed and a basic service (doors lubed and adjusted, springs lubed). I do feel that the price was somewhat high for the services that were done.

First-class service from start to finish! Jacob called ahead to let me know his arrival time and showed up right on schedule. After a quick assessment, he clearly explained my options for replacing both springs. He reviewed the costs and recommendations upfront, then completed the repair efficiently and with great care. Throughout the process, Jacob walked me through what he was doing and shared helpful tips on how to get the most life out of my garage door. He truly went above and beyond. I’ve already recommended Precision Garage Door Service to a fellow veteran in Beaverton, and I’ll continue to recommend them. Jacob Johnson is definitely the go-to guy!
