Customer service trained and with many years in related industries, working in UK, Germany, Canada, New Jersey, California, Hawaii and Oregon. Julia is a Star Wars geek, proud dog "mom", has 4 grown kids and 3 grandkids. She loves living in the Portland area cuz the weather here is "perfect" - seriously!
